Get your free estimateThe Tidemark Water Damage Riverside Guarantee
When water gets into a Riverside home, it follows the path of least resistance: down through tile, under baseboards, into the subfloor, and up into drywall. The tide mark tells the story. Our guarantee starts there. We find the tide mark and dry past it. That means we don’t stop at the visible wet line, because the moisture that matters is always a few inches further than it looks. If the restoration is not done right, we make it right. No fine print, no arguing, no waiting for a claims department. Since 2006, every Tidemark Water Damage Riverside job has ended with a written price honored to the dollar, a photo of the clean-up shared before the crew leaves, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not right, we make it right. Rick Sumner owns this location, and he’s the one who answers when it doesn’t go right.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every water, mold, and fire restoration job we perform. If materials we installed or dried fail within 365 days because of something we did or missed, we return and fix it at no charge.
- Moisture removal that goes past the visible tide mark. Our technicians map the full wet path with meters and thermal imaging before they place a single air mover, then dry past the last wet reading.
- Professional-grade equipment from Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry. The same machines used by leading restoration specialists, run by technicians credentialed through IICRC, RIA, and IFA.
- A written price before any work starts, every job, no exceptions. The number you approve is the number on the final invoice. If something changes mid-job, we explain why and get your sign-off before moving forward.
- A photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves. You see exactly what was done and how it was left. Shoe covers went on at the door. Drop cloths covered the floor before the first piece of equipment came in.
- Clean-up like it’s our own home. That’s the C in our C.A.R.E. values, and it’s not a slogan. It’s a checklist the crew walks through before they pull the truck away.
- Respect for your time and property. We ask before we move or touch anything, we keep quiet hours quiet, and we call before we arrive so you’re never left wondering where the crew is.

Our Satisfaction Promise
Here’s how it works if you’re not happy. First, you call us at (341) 212-7342. A live person answers, because that’s how we’ve always run Riverside jobs. You tell them what’s wrong, and the same day we get you on Rick’s schedule for a second look. Rick Sumner, the owner, reviews the file himself. If the issue is something we should have caught the first time, we fix it at our cost. Fast. If there’s a disagreement about what was in scope, we sit down with the original written price and the photos from the job and we work it out honestly. The 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a department. It’s the person who owns the company standing behind the work. Most guarantees in this trade live in a brochure. Ours lives in the fact that we’re independently owned and operated, working to the Cedarwell Care Promise, and the person you call is the person who makes the call.
Licensed & Insured Backing
Paperwork matters in restoration, because it’s the only guarantee that survives a disagreement. Tidemark Water Damage Riverside is state-licensed and fully insured. Our technicians carry IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), RIA (Restoration Industry Association), and IFA (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification affiliate) credentials, which are the industry benchmark for water, mold, and fire restoration work. That means the crew in your home is trained to the standards the insurance carriers themselves recognize. If our work causes an issue, our insurance is there. If a subfloor fails or a wall dries unevenly, our workmanship promise backs it up. We don’t ask you to trust us on faith. We ask you to read the written price, check the credentials, and hold us to the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing.
